Equipment

We strongly recommend wearing protective equipment in all the sessions. Skate helmet, comfy socks, water bottle, and most importantly, your own skates. If you need any help, we can advise on any gear.

What to wear

We recommend activewear, anything you can move in freely, and please avoid anything restrictive, as this will affect your ability to move while skating. Bring layers, you would be surprised how quickly you get warmed up!

Health

It's vital to discuss any health issues before starting the course. Participating skaters assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, property damage, or death while participating. Participants and/or their parent(s) or guardian understand, acknowledge, and agree that skating is an inherently dangerous and physically demanding activity. Please notify us at the start of every class if you have any injuries or illnesses that we need to know about. Please let me know if you have any health issues at all. This could include pregnancy, post-pregnancy, dizziness, epilepsy, any aches and pains, previous broken bones, ligament damage, etc.
